History

KUSS was founded by a young architect who gained expertise gained in his early years of practice when he was commissioned to reconstruct the "Gigante Super Mercado" after a fire in 1985. This was his first experience with a property loss, which prompted him to study and learn more about it to reconstruct it, discovering a tremendous opportunity along the way. KUSS was created in 1990 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, by architect Felipe Romo Garza as an Architecture and Construction firm that provides the added value of expert assessment and repair services for real estate claims. 30 years later, KUSS has created a national presence by delivering excellence through via its core values and experience in the field of construction and architectural services, always putting the interests of the clients first. We know the importance of our actions both individually and as a company, which is why we seek to have as much of a positive impact on our planet and its people.
